Consultation
The best time to get involved is at the beginning, while you are still deciding exactly what you want and during the working drawing phase of a home project. We will schedule a consultation and ask you to bring photographs of your favorite styles, along with any blueprints you may have available. Together we will review the architectural style and interior design of your home, discuss costs of materials and installation.
Presentation
Next, we will present a range of sample tiles and help you visualize how the materials will look in your living spaces, as well as understand the maintenance required for various options. We will work closely with you to determine the best way to resolve any issues without compromising on design or quality.
Cost Analysis
We obtain pricing information from vendors and manufacturers. We meet with the Designer and Client to propose options.

Job Site
We meet with the installers at your job site and discuss the level of detail required for a successful installation of sophisticated materials.
Ordering
We ensure that you are getting exactly what you selected. We check the status of each order and keep your contractor in the loop.

Shipping
More than 90% of our shipments reach the jobsite without a single missing or broken tile. Boxes are checked for quality, quantity and breakage. We photograph every box to assure all parties that each shipment is complete.
Installation
The care we take upfront to work with the client, designer, artisans and installers ensures that the installation process will run smoothly.
