Conditions of Sales
Variations in shading, markings and calliber (size) are inherent in all natural stones, glass, ceramics and porcelain tiles; the more variations the better with some tiles.
SURFACE STUDIO specialize in exclusive, made to order, custom made tiles coming in many colors, finishes and shapes, tiles that cannot be stocked by definition. Our tiles are special order, all orders coming from out of state, in some cases out of the country manufacturers and warehouses. All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled.
Prices are FOB from the manufacturer and the warehouse. Tiles ship by freight carrier on a pallet or in a crate, ocean freight and truck and incoming freight charges applies, all material to be picked up at our Evanston showroom unless otherwise specified. An ETA is an estimated time of arrival. It is recommended to schedule an installation only after the material has been delivered.
